Now comes word that the driver in what is now being classified as a fatal Boca Raton DUI accident has been charged with a string of felonies after police investigated the situation.
The Boca Raton car accident at issue occurred on May 21 of this year when the now-defendant, Angela Stracar, lost control of her SUV and and wound up airborne at the entrance to the entrance of the Boca Isles South residential area at Cain Boulevard and Point Royal Drive west of Boca Raton. She crashed through the entrance sign on her way into the air and landed on a vehicle occupied by Odette Kane, 51, and Robert Kane, 79. Both were crushed by the impact and killed at the scene.
